Learned counsel for the appellants undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceedings. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within stipulated period, office will place the matter before the Bench. Learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this appeal and submitted that during pendency of this appeal, the appellants named above have already been released on bail under the provisions of section 167 (2) Cr.P.C., as such this appeal has become infructuous.
