JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 17-04-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 213 of 2021, registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 494, 498(A), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has jointly been submitted that the petitioner was granted provisional bail, vide order dated 22.12.2022 and for the purposes of restoration of cordial relation between the couple, the matter was referred to the Patna High Court Mediation Centre. Both the parties have compromised. Terms and conditions mentioned in the compromise before the learned Mediator, have been annexed as flag 'D', which shows that the

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the provisional bail of the petitioner is confirmed.
