The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Barauli P.S.Case No.57 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act..

As per the FIR, there is recovery of 129 ltrs. of liquor from the sumo vehicle and the driver of the vehicle has disclosed the name of the person as the person who has brought the same.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except the confession statement there is nothing against him and he is in custody for five years.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

District and Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge Excise, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S.Case No.57 of 2019. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
