2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 21.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54351 of 2023 to the extent of name of the Court.

3. Due to inadvertence in the main petition satisfaction of the learned court has been wrongly typed as 'Additional Sessions Judge 13, Bhojpur, Ara' instead of 'Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara'. Same error has occurred in aforesaid order dated 21.08.2023. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for necessary correction in the order.

4. In view of aforesaid fact, in order dated 21.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54351 of 2023 in place of 'Additional Sessions Judge 13, Bhojpur, Ara' it may be read as 'Chief

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64129 of 2023(2) dt.22-09-2023 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Ara' and further four weeks' time is granted for furnishing bail-bond.

5. Accordingly, modification petition is allowed and order dated 21.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 54351 of 2023 is modified to the above extent.
