ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 22.06.2019 in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No.158 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 30(a) and 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the alleged recoveries were from the dickey of the car and not from the conscious possession of the petitioners and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners have no criminal
