Learned counsel for the petitioners are permitted to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of three weeks on resumption of physical mode. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70641 of 2021(2) dt.08-06-2022 2/2 354, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is to assault the informant and her family members with lathi-danda, causing injuries to them.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that injuries sustained by informant, her sister Antima Devi, Ritu Ranjan are simple in nature and Shakal Singh also sustained injury on a non-vital part. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner nos. 5 and 6 are ladies.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Chakand P.S. Case No. 134 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
