2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 41 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A), 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code to which later on Sections 4 and 6 fo the POCSO Act was added.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have assisted the co-accused Nitish Kumar in eloping with the minor daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2024.

5. From the FIR, it appears that the petitioner and the victim has got married.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO- cum- Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Gaya/ concerned Court in connection with Barachatti P.S.
