Accordingly, it is directed that the petitioners may file a representation regarding their grievances within two weeks and in case such representation is filed before the respondent no. 2, then the same may be considered and disposed of within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of the said representation by a speaking and reasoned order considering the order dated 19.01.2015 passed in L.P.A. No. 824 of 2012.
