1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.A. For issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order/s, directions commanding the respondents to remove all encroachment done by the private respondent over National Highway No. 727, running from Bettiah to Lauriya, as the private respondent has made

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Bettiah Block, District-West Champaran, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
