The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Darihat P.S. Case No.111 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the husband and sons of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph-3 of the bail petition. It is further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.

Learned APP for the State as well as learned counsel

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74154 of 2022(4) dt.03-07-2023 2/2 for the informant opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner by submitting that there is direct allegation against the petitioner that petitioner has assaulted the husband of the informant by means of sword and killed him. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is hereby rejected.
