The petitioner was Chowkidar of Ply-wood mill of coaccused Manoj Bhagat. The petitioner disclosed to the police that in the room of Manoj Bhagat one stolen T.V., in a container, is kept. Then the police opened the room and found the stolen T.V. The petitioner further disclosed that some un-known person had brought the same. During the course of investigation, it is revealed that the driver and the cleaner of the vehicle were missing and thereafter Section 364 I.P.C. was also added. So far the petitioner is concerned, he is in custody since 2.9.2016 and there is no other allegation against him. Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 286 of 2000.
