2. Learned counsel for the respondents is stated to have filed supplementary show cause in respect of production of calculation sheet.
3. I have perused copy of such supplementary show cause from the State counsel and I am satisfied that there is a compliance. Accordingly, the present MJC - Contempt Petition stands dropped, reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the
Patna High Court MJC No.2079 of 2022 dt.12-01-2024 2/2 action of the respondents, if the petitioner is not satisfied.
4. In the morning session, the aforementioned M.J.C. was dropped. Learned counsel for the petitioner is disputing in respect of non-payment of certain amount after February, 2021. In fact, in the morning session, I have perused the relevant record from the State counsel to the extent that petitioner's services have been terminated, therefore, certain deductions have been made. That apart order of termination is subject matter of litigation even to this day. In the event of order of termination is set aside in that event petitioner shall make necessary representation in claiming arrears of salary.
5. With the above observation, petition stands disposed of.
