This application is for grant of bail in connection with Jamui P.S.Case No.322 of 2016 for the offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the name of the petitioner has been inserted later on, as the main allegation is against the other accused persons. The petitioner is a lady aged about 65 years and she is in custody for more than four months. Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail, stating that the dead-body was recovered from the house of the petitioner and others, kept in a box, and the materials are available in the case diary also, as such she is not entitled for bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4652 of 2017 (3) dt.27-02-2017 2/2 Having heard both sides. Considering the fact that the dead-body was recovered from the house of the petitioner, as such I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage, however, the petitioner may renew her prayer for bail before the learned court blow itself after framing of the charge in this case. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
