In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Siwan Sadar, Siwan to take final decision, if not already taken, in the matter within a period of 12 weeks of the receipt/production of a copy of the present order by the petitioner herein.
