That the present writ application is being filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs in the nature of Mandamus directing and commanding the respondents to grant him the benefits of A.C.P. (Assured Career Progression) Scheme in respect of which Rules came into force in 2003, and the scheme was made effective from 09.08.1999 and M.A.C.P. Scheme

Patna High Court CWJC No.20769 of 2021(2) dt.03-04-2024 2/3 (Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme), in respect of which Rules came into force in 2010, and the scheme was made effective from 01.09.2008 and for consequential revision of his pension and other benefits to which petitioner is legally entitled under the Rules and any other relief or reliefs be granted to the petitioner to which he is entitled."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Director, Land Acquisition, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna i.e. the respondent no. 3, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Director, Land Acquisition, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna i.e. the respondent no. 3, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with

Patna High Court CWJC No.20769 of 2021(2) dt.03-04-2024 3/3 law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter. 4.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
