Case No.56 of 2011 dated 25.03.2011 registered under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003.

2. The first information report has not been annexed to the writ petition. In absence of the same, the writ petiton can not be considered on merit. The approach of the petitioner in filing the writ petition is casual.

3. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file another petition
