Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Basantpur P.S. Case No.114 of 2019, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 384, 504, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged in her complaint petition that she purchased 2 Katha 10 Dhurs land of Plot No.802, Khata No.427 from Raj Kishore Tiwary and came in peaceful possession of the land. Her name was also mutated but Hiralal Ram and others fraudulently got sale deeds from another person. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Raj Kishore Tiwary, Sarvadeo Tiwary and Rajdeo Tiwary are three

Taking into consideration the facts that petitioner no.1 is purchaser from own brother of Raj Kishore Tiwary and petitioner nos.2 and 3 are sons of petitioner no.1 and no allegation is made against the sons of petitioner no.1, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S.
