The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No. 33 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 379 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the specific allegation made against the petitioner to have caused Garasa injury upon the head of the Sanjay Yadav, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
