The petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents not to make construction of sewerage on the private land of the petitioner bearing Khata No.45, Jamabandi No.7, Tauzi No.477, Plot No.224, situated in Dasaratha Mohalla.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that sewer pipes are being laid under the scheme of Namami Gange Project. The executor of the scheme is Bihar Urban

Learned counsel for the State submits that the State has nothing to do with the construction of sewer pipes. Nobody appears on behalf of the Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation (BUIDCO). Having considered the submissions of both sides and on perusal of the records, I think it proper to dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.2, the General Manager, Bihar Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation (BUIDCO) that if a petition is filed by the petitioner within two weeks from today, the respondent no.2 shall get the land of the petitioner measured and if it is found that the sewer pipes are being laid on the private land of the petitioner, the same shall be removed. The necessary order must be passed within one month from the date of such representation being filed by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
