The petitioners seek regular bail in Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 69 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/35 of the Arms Act.

It appears that from the possession of the petitioners, one country-made pistol was recovered. The petitioners are brothers. The petitioners are in jail since 13.06.2014. Considering that only country-made pistol without any cartridge was recovered and, for that, the petitioners have remained in jail for more than seven months, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial
