21.5 litre of Mahua wine has been recovered and for that petitioner happens to be under custody since 16.04.2016. Furthermore, from para-3, it is evident that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

As such, petitioner Raj Kumar @ Raj Kumar Swarnkar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No.169 of 2016.
