For issuance of writ in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the Respondents to grant the benefit of second A.C.P. with effect from 09.08.1999 in pay scale of Rs. 10000-15200/- for which the petitioners were/are legally entitled but the same could not be granted even after superannuation of petitioners from their service on 31.07.2003 and 31.08.2002 respectively."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Respondents authorities for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
