This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 5.10.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Bhoijpur, Arrah in Bihiya P.S. Case No.51 of 2012 by which he has taken cognizance against the petitioner for offences under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. This Court does not fine any error in the impugned order. Accordingly this application is dismissed. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to raise all points before the court below at the appropriate stage.
