2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 516 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. There is recovery of 239 litres of illicit liquor. The petitioner is in jail since 01.07.2024.

4. Considering the period of custody and the recovery, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, 1st/ concerned court, Samastipur in connection with Samastipur Muffasil P.S. Case No. 516 of 2020.

5. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Tajpur police station on every Sunday of the month. If the petitioner is made accused in any case of Excise Act, his bail bonds shall be cancelled by the Special Judge. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
