Petitioner is accused in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 132 of 2016 registered under Section 392 of the I.P.C. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case due to political rivalry. There is no material in the case diary to corroborate the allegation against him. Also nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and he is in custody since 12.09.2016. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Khagaria in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No.132 of 2016.
