JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawada (Bundelkhand) P.S. Case No. 480 of 2015 which has been instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 427, 302, 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Because of a dispute in the family, it has been alleged that the petitioner and his parents tried to burn the daughter of the informant, who ultimately died because of burn injuries.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that his father has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 6138 of 2019. It

No.70003 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 has further been submitted that the petitioner normally resides in Delhi and on the fateful date, he had come to his house and had gone to the house of the informant along with his father for demanding their share in the family property.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2019. Considering the omnibus and general nature of accusation against the petitioner and that his father who has similar allegation against him has been granted bail, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada (Bundelkhand) P.S. Case No. 480 of 2015.
