1. No one appears for the petitioner.

2. The present writ application has been filed for a direction to the respondents to make payment of arrear of salary from June, 2009 till date and also make payment of current salary to the petitioner on month to month basis.

3. Learned counsel for the Magadh University submits that for similar relief, the petitioner had approached this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 1205 of 2013 and this Court, by its order dated 18.02.2014, dismissed the writ application as withdrawn with clear direction that now the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.14440 of 2016(7) dt.23-07-2024 2/2 will have no liberty to move this Court again for the same cause of action. Despite the fact that writ petition, for similar relief, has been dismissed in 2014, the petitioner again filed the present writ application for the same relief in 2016.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the University and finding that the same relief which was prayed in the earlier writ petition has been sought by the petitioner, this writ application is dismissed as having been filed in abuse of the process of Court.

5. Accordingly, the present writ application stands dismissed.
