2. Both the parties are at one in submitting that the issue involved in the present writ application is no longer res integra and it has already been decided by judgment and order dated 05.07.2023 passed in Civil Review No. 59 of 2018 arising
Patna High Court CWJC No.8375 of 2018(3) dt.15-12-2025 2/2 out of LPA No. 1047 of 2017. Both the parties accordingly prays that the writ application be disposed of in light of the aforesaid judgment.
3. As prayed for, this writ application is dismissed in terms of the judgment and order dated 05.07.2023 passed in Civil Review No. 59 of 2018.
