Also, the Advocates and the Staffs joined the proceedings through Video Conferencing from their residences/offices.) 10-02-2022 Petitioner has prayed for following relief (s) :- (i) To quash the sale notice dated 01.12.2021 issued by the respondent bank, having been published in daily newspaper namely 'Hindustan' on 1st December, 2021 fixing the date of e-auction sale on 17.12.2021 between 12:00 noon to 2 P.M. mentioned at column no.2, in the said notice with respect to details of property mentioned in the said column.

(ii) To direct the respondent bank to

Patna High Court CWJC No.20683 of 2021(2) dt.10-02-2022 2/2 make the loan account of the petitioner as standard account in the light of Reserve Bank of India guidelines issued regarding relaxation during intervening covid-19 pandemic which is existing till today.

(iii) To direct the respondent bank to facilitate the settlement of the loan account of the petitioner as early as possible under the prevailing one time settlement scheme."

After the mater was heard for some time, finding the Court not in favour of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that the petitioner shall be content if the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to take recourse to such other alternate remedies which are equally efficacious in law.

Prayer allowed.

The petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
