The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Nawkothi P.S. case No. 77 of 2014 instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation, in brief, is that the petitioner shot at the informant but no injury was caused.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no injury was caused to the informant and a case of false implication due to land dispute. Moreover, the petitioner is in custody since 02.012.2016 and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.6134 of 2017 (2) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 circumstances, the petitioner, named above is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Nawkothi P.S. case No. 77 of 2014.
