2. The petitioner has filed the present application for quashing of the order as contained in letter no.1871 dated 12.07.2016.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner placing reliance on the judgment of a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWJC No.1472 of 2016 submits that the issue raised in the present writ application is squarely covered by the said judgment.

4. In view of the decision of the Co-ordinate Bench of this

Patna High Court CWJC No.12873 of 2016 dt.10-05-2018 2/2 Court in CWJC No.1472 of 2016, the order as contained in Letter No. 182 dated 12.07.2016 and letter no.1 dated 18.07.2016 are hereby quashed. The respondents are directed to take final decision with regard to the consequential benefit within a period of 60 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
