Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual mode.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 699 of 2022, lodged under Sections 30(a)/36/37 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. As per prosecution case, the present case is related to recovery of 60 liters of country made Mahua wine. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that antecedent of the petitioner is clean and she is in custody since 08.09.2022. Learned counsel further submits that petitioner is a female and has been caught from the place of occurrence. He also submits that there is no chance of her absconding in this

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge Excise, Patna City, Distt.- Patna in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 699 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
