Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 8 (C)/21(b) of NDPS Act. As per the prosecution case, 4.74 grams of Smack has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. It is submitted that as per FIR, less than small quantity of Smack has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2021 and investigation in this case is complete.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, the period of
