JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-01-2020 A piquant situation prevails in the present case inasmuch as on some earlier occasions, the learned counsel for the petitioner had failed to turn up, however, on the previous occasion the learned counsel for the petitioner had undertaken to hand over a sum of Rs. 10,000/- by way of cost to the learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 2 on 16.12.2019. However, it is informed by the learned counsel appearing for the opposite party no. 2 that the said sum of Rs. 10,000/- has not been handed over to him.
