The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 124 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Section 380 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation against his daughter-inlaw, namely, Sapna Kumari that her father, mother and relatives came to his house and took away different ornaments and other cloths worth Rs. 7 to 8 lacs.

The police after investigation submitted final form but the learned Judicial Magistrate took cognizance under Section 380

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32999 of 2015 (2) dt.29-07-2015 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code after differing with the finding of the Investigating Officer. It is submitted that Sapna Kumari also lodged a case against her husband and father-in-law. Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is/are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No. 124 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Jagdish/- U T
