The petitioners have invoked extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the order dated 12.03.2019, whereby the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Gopalganj took the cognizance under Sections 341, 323, 324, 308, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioners, who
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77023 of 2019 dt.07-01-2020 2/2 were not sent up for trial along with accused Navin Yadav and Sadhu Yadav against whom, after investigation, the Chargesheet was submitted.

On going through the impugned order, I do not find any illegality amounting to abuse of process of Court for interference in extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
