2. Earlier, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 11.04.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 15437 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case, charges have already been framed and till date, only two witnesses have been examined on behalf of prosecution. Petitioner is husband of the deceased and is in custody since 05.08.2024.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the period of custody, clean antecedent and slow progress of trial, let the petitioner namely Chandan Chaudhary be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of
