JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 04-05-2018 The petitioner by way of present writ petition seek direction upon the respondents for promoting them to the post of Class-III from the post of Group-D on the basis of Government Resolution dated 31.03.2011.
It is submitted that despite similarly situated employees being promoted, the petitioner has not been promoted till date.
In view of the aforesaid, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no. 4, the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Begusarai
Patna High Court CWJC No.8162 of 2018 (2) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 within four weeks from today which shall be disposed of by him within four weeks thereafter by a reasoned and speaking order with due communication to the petitioner.
