JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 20-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 341,323,307,, 447 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that the alleged altercation took place due to the land dispute between parties and both the petitioners happen to be nephews of the informant. It is further submitted that the injuries are simple in nature.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the abovenamed petitioners, namely, Lalan Sah alias Lallan Sah and Niranjan Sah, be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Ahiyapur Police Station Case No. 311/2014
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36782 of 2014 (2) dt.20-02-2015 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- ( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, subject to the conditions laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
