The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 25 (1-B) (A), 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Seven cartridges of 12 bore were recovered from the possession of the petitioner but no fire arm was recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 05.05.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in Turkauliya P.S.
