JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-09-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a forum of appeal is available before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority and as such petitioners may be granted liberty to approach before the appellate authority. In view of the availability of forum of appeal, this writ application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file appeal before the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority. Patna High Court CWJC No.23604 of 2012(2) dt.17-09-2018 2/2 the petitioners along with a copy of this order, the appellate authority shall decide the appeal on its own merit after hearing the parties likely to be affected adversely from the adjudication of the appellate authority.
