The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Siswan (Chainpur O.P) P.S. Case no. 103 of 2019, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of torturing of daughter of informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and killing her by administering poison. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, daughter of the informant, who used to reside separate from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57602 of 2019(2) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 Amarjeet Mahto, husband of the deceased. Moreover, in Postmortem examination, no external injury was found on the person of daughter of informant. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, Siwan in connection with Siswan Chainpur (O.P) P.S. Case No. 103 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
