2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No.695 of 2023 lodged under Sections 25(1-b)a/ 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 07.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.5003 of 2024 and subsequently rejected vide order dated 31.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.52751 of 2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2023 and chargesheet has already been framed on 04.03.2024, but till date, trial has not been concluded.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that antecedent of the petitioner is not clean and there is likelihood that evidence of prosecution witnesses shall be completed at the earliest.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.

7. However, it is hereby directed to the Superintendent of Police, Patna to do the needful so that appearance of the prosecution witnesses before the Trial Court be completed within the period of 3 months.

8. Registry is directed to communicate this order forthwith to the Superintendent of Police, Patna. Registry is further directed to hand over a copy of this order to learned A.P.P. who shall communicate this order to the Superintendent of Police, Patna at his level.
