2. The petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2016 in connection with Matihani P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and in any event, the accusation of firing upon the informant's mother is against both co-accused Ganga Singh as well as the petitioner.

4. Be that as it may, having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged as well as direct accusation that the petitioner also fired upon the informant's mother resulting into her death, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
