The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2009 (G.R. No. 1359 of 2009), registered under Sections 467, 468, 469, 409, 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner is not named in the FIR and there is no material/evidence in the case diary against the petitioner. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail,
