Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. The petitioner has again moved this Court for grant of bail who is in custody since 23.01.2023 in connection with Special (POCSO) Case No. 36/2023 arising out of Sikti P.S. Case No. 129 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/366A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act were added subsequently.

3. The thrust of the allegations as per the statement of the victim girl is against co-accused Shahnawaz. The petitioner is friend of co-accused Shahnawaz.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the victim girl had said that the petitioner has helped the main accused Shahnawaz. The petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Informant has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge VI cum Special POCSO Court, Araira in connection with Sikti P.S. Case No. 129 of 2022. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
