JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/354B/376/511 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is Dewar of the victim and allegation is of assault and outrage the modesty of the victim. Submission of the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2016 and false allegation is there as the informant wanted to get her sister married with the petitioner, which was not approved by the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12913 of 2017 (3) dt.12-04-2017 2/2 Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII, Rohtas at Sasaram/Successor Court, in connection with S.T. No.546 of 2016, arising out of Sasaram Town P.S. Case No.1328 of 2015, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Courtbelow shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bailbonds of the petitioner in this case.
