The present application is for modification of the order dated 30.07.2021 to the extent of extending the time for the petitioner to surrender before the court below. For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer is allowed.

The order dated 30.07.2021 is modified to the extent that if the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of four weeks, to be counted from today, he shall be released on provisional bail to the satisfaction of the court
