This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused, Sarun Singh and others, who are named in the first information report. The petitioner has sated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 18.01.2017. However, he has not been put on test identification parade nor anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with (Suppl.) Beldour P.S. Case No. 132 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, or successor Court.
