JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-09-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw these applications in view of the fact that in other case being Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case No. 319 of 2015 the petitioner has been granted bail by the Juvenile Justice Board, Patna vide order
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35820 of 2016 (4) dt.14-09-2016 2/2 dated 14.1.2016 passed in JJB Case No. 20 of 2016. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 10 of the petition which reads as follows:
"That as per the prosecution version itself in Rajeev Nagar P.S. Case no. -319/15 the petitioner is a minor and J.J.B, Patna in J.J.B case no. 20/16 vide order dated 14.0.2016 after proper consideration of materials on record and in absence of corroborating materials against this petitioner granted bail with condition to appear before the Board on every date and the petitioner in compliance of the order I appearing on the every date."
These applications, filed for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Shashtri Nagar P.S. Case No. 632 of 2015 and Shashtri Nagar P.S. Case No. 633 of 2015 pending in the court of the learned JM Ist Class, Patna, are permitted to be withdrawn. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Anil/- U T
